Source Distributions

Please refer to the Vine Docbook for instructions on how to install Vine. The installations here all require Apache Tomcat 5, the latest version of GridSphere from SVN, the latest version of Sportlets from SVN (a new UI toolkit we are working on). The installations for these distributions will differ in that they don't require the developer to select an "installer" for Vine. Instead, Vine will automatically installed with a particular configuration, as denoted by the installer names below.

For example, the "Vine for Tomcat 5, GridSphere 3 and Globus Toolkit 4" distribution will install Vine to Tomcat 5 and GridSphere from SVN with support for Globus Toolkit 4.
